Course Components

DN019 Drawing, Design Principles and Colour Theory

This subject will introduce students to colour theory and the principles of design through a lecture followed by a tutorial each week. Students will be given the opportunity to apply their knowledge to a series of design and drawing tasks. Students will be assisted to mix and develop colour, draw free hand, develop elementary computer aided drafting and typographical skills and to explore their creativity.
