Domestic Students are those who hold a New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency. Moreover, Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are considered Domestic students as well. Subsequently, Australians are enjoying domestic students fees and entitle to apply for an intresrt free student loans and allowances!
